Marilyn Simes and Sagiv Lustig have formed a strategic partnership to seek out early-stage technology companies needing capital investment, and business development services in the areas of fashion, beauty and retail technology. Their mutual goal is to help companies achieve rapid revenue growth that ultimately results in the build-out of a viable company or a lucrative exit through a sale. They are also both working with the Israel Economic Mission-Ministry of Economy, Government of Israel to identify key Israeli technology start-ups that are consumer and education focused furthering their mutual commitment to bringing value to clients and their startup founders.

Marilyn Simes is an early stage startup advisor and scout, a long-time technology innovation pioneer and an advocate for women’s corporate advancement and entrepreneurship. As CEO and founder of Digital Instincts, Marilyn is well known for bringing disruptive ideations to brands that have delivered impactful long-term growth. She has overseen the launch of 1000’s of technology-focused campaigns worldwide for iconic fortune 500 brands. She has also led the mobile and tablet strategies for clients that integrate geo-location services, machine learning, artificial intelligence and augmented reality viewing. She brings more than 25 years of senior level executive experience to market and has assisted in creating product based applications that have been acquired for hundreds of millions of dollars. Marilyn currently serves on the advisory board of Westchester Community College School of Marketing and in 2017 will be a participating Mentor and advisor at XRClabs Accelerator, in New York.

SAGIV LUSTIG

Sagiv Lustig is an experienced manager and consultant, specializing in the BeautyTech segment. He served as CEO of ColoRight that was acquired by L'Oréal in 2014 and later became the manager of the Group's Open Innovation Operation in Israel. He brings over 20 years of senior international business management experience at prominent technology multinationals and startups alike and has led repeated M&A ventures with world leading corporations. He has leveraged his managerial experience and served as an acting director or consultant, supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs in their strategic initiatives, business development, fundraising and go to market strategies. He also has extensive experience in scouting new businesses opportunities and evaluating the myriad of technologies for M&A, investments and partnerships.
