Our Role:

Digital Instincts was the digital AOR to Lancôme from 2003-2010, having worked with internal teams to be a digital strategy and creative resource for their bi-weekly emails, banner ads, various retailers marketing materials, site imagery, including homepage and landing pages during that time. Our agency created all design layouts, animations, sweepstakes as well as social imagery to support their holiday promotions across their own ecommerce site as well as their retailer boutiques.
