The L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) website includes a public-facing home screen available to any site visitor. It consists of a high-level summary of L'Oréal's clinically tested effective skincare products and membership benefits. After the medical professional registers, they are logged into the website membership and have access to robust content topics and the entire catalog of brands/products. The site includes extensive libraries of clinical research focused on treating skin, disease, and prevention related to each brand/product. The site's technical objectives included analyzing how all products, clinical data, and pricing models are consistently represented to users and easily editable by internal teams using the backend CMS to populate relevant screen content.
The skinbetter Acquisition
L'Oréal acquires skinbetter and back-end architectures, and new template designs are rapidly designed and developed by DI teams with precision. Database categories for products, skin treatment, skin health, science, clinical studies, and product pricing models are established. The LDB site is a unified platform supporting brand expansion and providing the resources for medical professionals to treat patients and grow their practices.
We execute the ongoing email creative campaigns for L'Oréal's Active Cosmetics Division to alert medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, pediatricians, general practitioners, and pharmacists, of the latest brand innovations, clinical studies, virtual events & tradeshows.

Digital Instincts took the lead in configuring the UI/UX, design, and coding of L'Oréal's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion comprehensive landing screen. The screen includes vital resources showcasing featured philanthropic initiatives, partnerships with dermatologists, and more.
Visitors to this screen can explore L'Oréal's efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in dermatology, gain insights from prominent dermatologists, and learn about the brand's contributions to healthcare accessibility, skin health education, and efforts to care for economically disadvantaged underrepresented communities.
